Chakra Balancing
What you’ll receive:
•30 minute distant chakra balancing- I will go through each chakra individually and re-balance each chakra using Usui Reiki.
•3-4 page (1,500 to 1,700 words) intuitive e-mail reading sent as a word document includes: 1.) An aura reading- what colors are in your aura and what they mean, 2.) Intuitive reading-meassages I saw, heard, or felt; as well as direct messages from your Spirit that I channel through automatic writing, and 3.) I will give detail about each of your chakras, such as what I saw and what messages/guidance I have for you to keep your specific chakra(s) balanced.
•Give guidance(Recommendations) and advice.
•Answer follow-up questions regarding your reading.
What is chakra balancing? Everyone has seven major chakras, which include the following:
Root Chakra- is related to issues with home, security, money, etc. Color is red.
Sacral Chakra- is related to food cravings, weight loss, self-esteem issues, etc. Color is orange.
Solar Plexus- is related will power and fears. Color is yellow.
Heart Chakra- is related to love relationships, forgiving yourself and/or others, relationships with family, co-workers, etc. Color is green.
Throat Chakra- is related to communication, such as speaking honestly, speaking clearly, being truthful, as well as career’s involving communication. Color is light blue.
Third Eye Chakra- is related to a person’s beliefs and desires, as well as, seeing things clearly and facing the truth. Color is indigo.
Crown Chakra- is related to connection with source energy, such as God and/ or Universe. Color is white, gold, or violet.
Who needs a Chakra Balancing?
Everyone needs a chakra balancing. A Chakra Balancing helps to restore one’s health, as well as restore one’s issue in a particular chakra. Usually when a person has a block in one (or more of the seven chakras) of their chakra’s it’s associated with an issue a person is having in that area currently in their life. For example, a person whose 4th chakra is blocked may be having issues with one’s personal relationships and/ or love life. In which this is the case, then I would re-balance the chakras distantly, as well as sending Usui Reiki (positive energy) to heal that issue.
